Price

All prices on the site are in Euro. We accept all major credit and debit cards through online purchases.

Gift Cards / Vouchers are purchased via Shopify. If you prefer not to place your order online and pay by credit card, please contact us by phone.

Gift Cards / Vouchers

• Gift Cards / Vouchers must be redeemed within the date specified on the gift card.
• Gift Cards / Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
• The Company takes no responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.

Delivery

Physical Gift Cards / Vouchers are delivered by Standard Post. Expected delivery is 2-3 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays in Ireland.

Digital Gift Cards / Vouchers are delivered over the internet within a short time after purchase. Digital Gift Cards / Vouchers can only be used once, you are responsible for ensuring the Gift Card / Voucher is kept confidential and not used by any unauthorised third party.

Refunds, Damages, Returns

Vouchers / Gift cards bought at the restaurant are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For Vouchers / Gift cards bought over the internet or phone you have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days (unless the Voucher / Gift card has been used) beginning with the

• day you or a third party indicated by you receive the voucher or
• day you ordered the voucher / gift card in the case of digital vouchers delivered to you via the internet.

You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order. You can submit your request to cancel your order to trocaderoireland@gmail.ie or writing to us at our address with the original unused voucher enclosed.

Liability

Our maximum liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of our services will be the payment made for the service.

In no event will we be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or profits arising out of, or in connection with our services.

Force Majeure

Whilst every effort is made to meet the requested or stated delivery date, The Company will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by delays due to reasons beyond our control.

Jurisdiction

Our supply of goods and services and any dispute arising is subject to the laws & courts of Ireland.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
